Product prices
The prices shown on our website and invoiced to the customer are final prices and include VAT and applicable taxes. Malla Raya reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment methods
We offer the following payment methods: by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), with digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Shop Pay.
Delivery conditions
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, your order will take 2 to 3 days to arrive. Orders within Spain are typically delivered within 24 hours and have a flat rate of €4.95 up to 2kg.
We ship to most countries in the European Union. Shipping costs will be calculated when you register your shipping address.
Returns management
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to our store address in Madrid, with an associated shipping cost of €5.50 (if dropped off at a ServicePoint or office, to be arranged via email) and €8.50 (with home collection) throughout the Iberian Peninsula. For return shipping costs from other parts of Europe, please contact us by email.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior request.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. These will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned items.

Order cancellation
If your order hasn't yet shipped from our warehouse, we can cancel it and issue a refund. However, if your order is already in transit, you'll need to receive it and process a return.
