Shipping and Returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch items within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, it will take 1 to 3 days to arrive. Orders from Spain are typically delivered within 24 hours.
How can I track my shipment?
You can track your order status at any time using the tracking number and link we'll provide when we process your shipment. You'll also receive an email with all the tracking information once your order has been processed.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes, at the moment we only ship to EU countries
How long do I have to return an item?
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.
How do I process a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at hola@mallaraya.com . Please note that returns must be sent to our store address in Madrid.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior authorization. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total price of the returned item(s).

What is the composition of the leggings, sweatshirts, or t-shirts?
Each garment is different. At Malla Raya, we work with brands from all over the world. You can find details about the composition of each garment in the 'Care and Composition' section of the product page.
How should I wash the product?

Depending on the brand, some garments also have care labels.

What brands are part of Raya Mesh?
At Malla Raya, we carefully select the brands we work with. These include Sauce, Sonny Label, Navi, Milk Teeth, Hei, and more. You can discover more brands in the About Us section.
Where are the brands from?
We say they're brands from here, there, and everywhere because they're brands from outside Spain and the EU. Some of the countries whose brands you can find in striped mesh are Australia, Japan, the United States, and South Korea.
What is your commitment to the planet?
The brands we work with produce their garments ethically and with minimum sustainability standards. Many of our products are made with recycled materials.

How the drops work
How often does a new drop come out?
We're looking to have fun with this project. The pace will be steady. You can find out the release date of the next drop on our homepage. And stay up to date with all the news by joining our newsletter.
What does it mean that stock is limited?
Drops arrive and, once the items are gone, they're gone for good. Our drops are small; there are very few units of each style, so hurry if you see something you like!
What happens when a drop expires?
Our drops have an end date. The items in each drop are available for a limited time. It's possible that if a drop doesn't sell out but is temporarily unavailable, the items in stock will return at some point.
What does it mean for a product to be 'Inactive'?
Our inactive products are from past drops and are no longer available. If we can get the item you like back in your size, join our newsletter to be notified when it's restocked!
